Following an extensive community engagement process, The Dorothy Ley Hospice created a Model of Engagement.  This model provides the organization with a road map for engaging our community - volunteers, staff, individuals, health care partners, donors and others in the community. 

It acts as a guide for decision making and strategy development. 

It builds on and aligns with the Hospice's mission, vision, and values.
