Palliative Pain & Symptom Management Consultation Service

The Palliative Pain & Symptom Management Consultation Service for Toronto is a resource for health care professionals who provide service to home care agencies, long-term care homes, community support services and Primary Care.  Services include referrals, education and consultations, materials & tools and palliative case conferencing.  The Dorothy Ley Hospice has been selected by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care as the sponsoring agency for the administration and delivery of the PPSMCS for the City of Toronto.  More information can be found on the PPSMCS web site.
