Programs & Services
The Dorothy Ley Hospice is a volunteer-based community hospice with more than 250 volunteers, trained and supported by professionals.
Any palliative individual, regardless of age or medical condition, can access hospice support. Members of their families or others who have suffered or anticipate a loss can also access complementary supports, where available.
Our services are offered primarily in their homes, but also in hospital, care facilities and other settings. We meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and support needs through needs assessment, in-home visiting, day program, spiritual care, bereavement support, and referrals to additional service providers. End-of-life care at The Dorothy Ley Hospice embraces more than the needs of the palliative individual. It extends to the entire family.

If you have any questions, we will be happy to provide an assessment of your needs and, if we are unable to help you, we can put you in touch with the most appropriate service provider.
