Integrated Palliative Care Program Lead
The Dorothy Ley Hospice in partnership with Hospice Mississauga and the Mississauga Ontario Health Team are hiring for an Integrated Palliative Care Program Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative partnership to support the transformation and integration of palliative care delivery in the Mississauga and South Etobicoke Community.

The Dorothy Ley Hospice operates a 12-bed residential program and offers a community support program. From time to time, we are in need of RNs, RPNs or PSWs who have the special skills and compassion required to care for the needs of individuals living with the challenges of life-limiting illness and loss.
